How can I track my order?
After ordering a product, you will receive (within 2-3 days) a shipping confirmation. To track your order, go to the page "Track my order" and enter your order number and your email address. The update may take some time. Note: Sometimes there are display problems. If you cannot track your order directly, try using just the order number (without entering an email address).
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
