Refund policy

Our primary goal is that all of our customers are 100% satisfied.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. To return your item, simply return the item to the sender's address. Once the package has been received, we will proceed with the refund.

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it for you. Please contact us by email at the following address contact@kulavo.com to set up this procedure.

We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if the criteria below are met.

Note: We cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid loss of mail or other mishaps.

If you believe you have entered the wrong address, you must contact us immediately to correct the error. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

It is not possible to cancel an order in progress or to refund an item that is in the process of being delivered.

Please do not return your item to the manufacturer. Email us at contact@kulavo.com stating your concern and attach a photo of the item(s) showing the original size and packaging for a replacement or refund.

Note: Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before proceeding with a replacement.

Chelricain reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card issuing bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than 50 euros, we recommend using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
